2. What we sell, and to whom

We sell single-use cosmetics (face sheet masks and foot masks) and reed diffusers, crafted in Turkey. We deliver in Romania and, where checkout offers it, to other countries.

You can order if you are 18 or over, have full legal capacity and buy for your own use. For resale, write to office@carefresh.ro.

3. How the contract is formed

You add products to the cart, fill in your details at checkout and send the order. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email, by which we accept it.

We may decline an order if stock ran out, the delivery details are incomplete, or there is an obvious pricing error. We tell you by email and refund the full amount paid within 14 days, to the same payment method.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in lei (RON) on each product. OKRALIS S.R.L. is not VAT registered, so prices contain no VAT and none is added at checkout.

The price shown when you place the order applies. With an obvious pricing error (for example a price ten times lower than the real one) we are not obliged to deliver: we contact you with the correct price; if you disagree, we cancel the order and refund you.

5. Delivery

We ship with our courier partner, free on orders over 130 lei. Below that, you pay the shipping fee shown at checkout. You pay with the methods at checkout and get the invoice by email. Estimated times are in Shipping and returns.

6. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, with no reason and no penalty (OUG 34/2014). Write to office@carefresh.ro and send the products to the return address we give you in writing; we refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back or your proof of dispatch, whichever comes first.

The hygiene exception, set out in art. 16 lit. e) of OUG 34/2014: sealed goods unsuitable for return on health or hygiene grounds, unsealed after delivery, fall outside the right of withdrawal. An opened mask sachet cannot be returned; a sealed one can. Reed diffusers can be returned unopened, unused and with the seal intact.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

Products carry a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (OUG 140/2021). If a product arrives damaged, with a broken seal, past date or different from your order, write to office@carefresh.ro with the order number and a photo. You are entitled, in the order the law sets out, to replacement and, where that is impossible or does not solve the problem, to a price reduction or a refund; we cover the shipping of a non-conforming product.

8. Using the products, and our liability

The masks are cosmetics, not medicines, and do not treat medical conditions. Read the ingredients on the pack and patch-test on a small area of skin. Do not use them on irritated skin, and stop if you feel discomfort. The effects printed on the pack concern the look and feel of skin and can differ from person to person.

Reed diffusers are not for swallowing and not for use on skin. Keep them away from children, pets, open flame and heat, on a surface that cannot stain.

We are liable for damage caused directly by our failure to meet our contractual obligations, not for using the products other than as the pack instructs. Your legal rights stay intact.

9. Intellectual property

The Care Fresh® trademark is owned by HHO OIL ENERGY S.R.L. (tax ID 45663194, J2022001098233) and is used by the shop with the owner's consent. The texts, photos and graphics on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links, but not copy, alter or use the trademark or the content commercially without written consent.

10. Personal data and cookies

We process your data to deliver your order, issue the invoice and answer you, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law 190/2018. Details are in our Privacy policy. Cookies that are not strictly necessary are used only with your prior consent, under art. 4 of Law 506/2004 (see the Cookie policy).

11. Complaints, ADR and ANPC

Send your complaint to office@carefresh.ro with the order number. We reply in writing, usually within 5 working days and within 30 days at the latest.

If we find no solution, you can use alternative dispute resolution (OG 38/2015). The competent body is the Directorate-General for Alternative Dispute Resolution within ANPC, Bd. Aviatorilor nr. 72, Sector 1, Bucharest: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal. You can also complain directly to ANPC, the consumer protection authority (OG 21/1992): anpc.ro.

The European ODR platform no longer operates: it was abolished on 20 July 2025 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. For online dispute resolution, use the European Commission's list of ADR bodies: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.

12. Governing law and changes

The contract is governed by Romanian law; disputes not settled amicably or through ADR go to the competent Romanian courts.

We may change these terms; your order is governed by the version published on this page when you placed it. This English text is a convenience translation; the Romanian version prevails. Questions: office@carefresh.ro.
